1997

• In 1997, we had done a major repair on HMS Beaver, of the Royal Navy, for major steel-work repair due to collision damage, alongside the Sembawang PSA Terminals. The work done onboard HMS Beaver includes steel-work repair, insulation work, electrical rewiring, carpentry / joinery work painting work etc…

• Within a tight time frame of seven (7) days to allow the vessel to continue its as planned itinery instead of returning to UK for repair.

 

Since then, we had been a regular repair contractor for the Royal British Navy, Royal Australian Navy the Royal New Zealand Navy. We are also catering afloat repair and offshore engineering work for other commercial merchant vessel and offshore customer as well. Commercial ship-owners, such as Cable Wireless Marine Inc , Global Submarine Cable Pte Ltd , Castelton Commodities Shipping Pte Ltd, Aluminum Offshore Pte Ltd , MLS Shipping etc…….

2001-2002

Between 2001-2002 , We are involved as a subcontractor for Mechanical Term Contract for Celanese Plant , an US company dealing with the production of acetic acids in Jurong Island. We are involved in the supply of labour for the mechanical maintenance of the plant and as well as using the SAP- MRP material planning software , part of our client's Six Sigma program, for our resource planning for the work.

2003-2006

Between year 2003¬2006 , our company is involved in the supply of design, construction, load-testing and certification of Aluminum Gangways of various size , such as the 18 footer ,25 footer , light and heavy-duty 30 footers and to the Royal Navy and Royal Australian Navy in Sembawang Naval Wharf. These Aluminum Gangway is designed and tested to ISO 7061 Standard

2004

From 2004 Till present days , we are still involved in the annual repair/maintenance and load-testing ofall the Aluminum Gangway to the required ISO standards. We are also responsible for providing load-testing services and certification for the Gantry Cranes and other lifting apparatus for both the Jetty and Senoko Oil Depot during these period as well.

2006

Between year 2006 - present , our company was involved in the provision of NDT services and Professional Structural Inspection for the 12 nos. of Storage Tanks in the Senoko Oil Fuel Deport under RNSTO , DFG till present BDSSU. Our NDT Services include the UT , Tank Settlement Survey , Tank Calibration, LRUT , Eddy Current Testing , Vacuum Box Testing , all in accordance to API 653 requirement. We also provide the Tank Cleaning and Gas-freeing services for these tanks prior to the NDT and Structural Survey

2006-2013

Between year 2006 ¬ 2013 , our company was involved in the provision of painting and sealing to external / internal rivet joints for twelve (12) nos. of Tanks for the Senoko Oil Fuel Depot under Defence Fuel Groups . Special polyurea coatings is used to seal the external shell and bottom plate rivet joints.

2008-2009

In year 2008¬2009 , our company was involved in the design , fabrication , installation , testing and commissioning of the new 8 diameter Fire Ring Main System for the Defence Fuel Group

(a.k.a. BDSSU) . This is an approximately 3 Km length of the 8 diameter Fire Ring Main System is successfully installed and commissioned and is still in operational working conditions till present days.
